A consistent performer, he has made significant strides in his sporting career in recent times. He won 2 Medals at the recently concluded Asian Games, including a Historical Team Gold and also India’s first ever Individual Medal in Dressage at the Asian Games (Bronze).

In 2022 he became the 1st Indian to qualify for the World Championships in Dressage, and the second youngest competitor there.
Anush has displayed exceptional qualities of sportsmanship and leadership. The individual worked tirelessly since his childhood in developing his skills which led the Indian team to win a Gold medal in Dressage for the first time in the history of equestrian sports. The feat has been best since Asian Games 1982 at New Delhi.

His extraordinary determination coupled with unstinted hardwork for this outstanding achievement speaks volume of his character and leadership qualities in the field of equestrian sports and thereby manifesting as a role model for younger generations.

His determination to achieve his goals and the quest of achieving Olympic Glory led him to relocate to Germany where he currently trains under Olympic Gold Medalist Hubertus Schmidt.
